How to Rent from US
We are very excited you are considering our unit to rent.
*** Must be 25 to Rent
*** Check in on your arrival date is 3pm or later- Check out by 10am on your departure date.
*** $25 fee paid to directly to the complex when you arrive for a parking registration per vehicle
To reserve the unit:
Book directly on the "Condos Page" by choosing what unit you want and the dates, Once booked I will email a copy of the rental agreement for your records. One night rental is required as a down-payment and the signed rental agreement would be mailed/emailed back to us.
If you prefer to pay the deposit with a check, I will block out the dates and send you the agreement to mail back with down payment.

Please review the rental agreement on the Information page prior to booking.
Your "Balance" minus the down-payment would be made 15 days prior to your arrival date. When received we will send you your entry code to the unit. (No keys needed)
